1. OUR SERVICES

1.1 Flamify provides a habit tracking service to help users monitor and improve their personal goals. The Service includes tools for tracking, reporting, and analyzing your habits.

1.2 You acknowledge that while Flamify provides insights based on your data, it does not offer medical, mental health, or professional services. The Service is for informational purposes only. Decisions made based on Flamify's outputs are at your own risk.

2. USE OF SERVICE

2.1 You may use our Apps or Website globally, except in regions where usage is restricted by authorities and/or Flamify. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of the country in which you use the Service.

2.2 By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. Providing false, incomplete, or outdated information may result in the termination of your account.

2.3 You agree not to share your account credentials with others and to notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account.

2.4 User content must comply with applicable laws and not infringe on third-party rights.

2.5 To access the Service, your device must meet the system requirements listed on the Website, Apple App Store, or Google Play Store.

3. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAID SERVICES

3.1 Billing and Renewal:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method until canceled. Billing cycles depend on your subscription plan.

3.2 Cancellation:
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid term. Questions or concerns about billing should be directed to flamifyapp@gmail.com.

3.3 Fee Adjustments:
We reserve the right to modify subscription fees. Changes will take effect after the current subscription period. Continued use of the Service after fee adjustments implies acceptance.

4. REFUND POLICY

4.1 Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to their respective refund policies. Refunds are not offered for partial subscription periods.

4.2 Refunds for technical issues or errors on our part may be granted at our discretion.

5. CONDITIONS OF USE

5.1 Users must not:

• Upload harmful, unlawful, or objectionable content.
• Interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to access the Service's source code.

5.2 Violations of these Terms may result in account suspension or termination.

Parties must attempt to resolve disputes informally before pursuing arbitration.

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws. Arbitration will occur in the jurisdiction specified in these Terms.
